Widget options

If you're unsure about these options, just leave them at their default values.


1				Which jobs to show? Search string

The search string determines which jobs from Workcircle's index your widget shows. You'll need to experiment with this (enter a search string, and click the Refresh button at step three below, the example widget on the right will update to match your search) to get the right spread of jobs for your site.

The keywords in the search string are "must haves". So Media Sales Manager will match Media Sales Manager, but not Media Manager. If you wanted to display jobs that contain either Media Manager or Media Sales Manager then you should set your string to be Media ?Sales Manager. The ? makes Sales optional – the search results don't have to contain it.

You can also use - to specify that the search results "must not have" a word in them. For example if you wanted to display Chef jobs, but not Sous Chef jobs, you could set your search string to be Chef –sous.


2				Choose the appropriate sector for the jobs displayed

Choose the appropriate sector for the type of jobs you entered in the search string. If you don't think there is a suitable category then just leave it blank.


3				Choose the location of the jobs Choose a specific location (optional)

Choose the country location of the jobs you wish to show in the widget and the links will then be directed to the correct country specific Workcircle site. If you wish to show jobs in a specific location (for example, London) within that country (or region) then you can specify that also in the box provided.

If the country that you wish to display jobs from isn't listed then please try again at a later date as we will be creating more Workcircle sites in the future.


4				How many jobs to show? Jobs

The more jobs you show, the more choice you offer, but the larger your widget will be.


5				Update widget

Click 'Refresh' to see your updated widget code below and widget preview to the right
